Shipping
Shipments are sent from Los Angeles, California. We aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, shipping Monday through Friday. Once an order ships, an update is automatically sent to the email on file.
Lato is unfortunately not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider the security of your delivery address before placing your order. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the mail carrier.

Exchanges
As a small, independently owned business, items you wish to exchange or return must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. We will happily ship the exchange to you at no charge. Depending on stock quantities, etc., the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider trackable shipping services or purchase shipping insurance if your order is over $75.
